Can we use fish oil for buttocks enlargement?
I’ve come across this discussion on several social networking sites and some booty enhancement forums.
Most women believe that combining the fish oil and vitamin E together stimulates fat storage in the buttocks area, thereby making it grow bigger in size.
To be frank, the process doesn’t help much in growing your buttocks.
The process goes like this – They simply cut open some fish oil pills & vitamin E pills, mix them together, apply it as a lotion on their buttocks and cover it using a seran wrap so that they can wear their jeans on top of it and go do their regular activities.
Some women even try to sit on a heating pad so that they achieve better results as heat tends to open the pores of the buttocks, thereby increases the absorption rate further.
There are several reasons for its ineffectiveness. Want know the reasons why? Then, first you’ll need to have some basic idea about these ingredients.
Vitamin E for Buttocks Growth
The Vitamin E is known to be a fat soluble vitamin and is a powerful antioxidant, which is used in most of the skin care products that you find in the market these days.
Since, our human body doesn’t produce Vitamin E on its own, we’ll have to get this vitamin through our diet. You can refer to our guide (foods for bigger buttocks) for the complete list of Vitamin E rich foods.
In case you can’t get it from foods, you can try the Vitamin E supplements.
Note: The daily recommended intake of Vitamin E for adults is 15 mg to 1000 mg (the higher dosage is for treating deficiencies only).
So, unless you take huge amounts of Vitamin E pills per day, you won’t be getting such high levels from the foods. Hence, it is not advisable to use these pills just for the sake of getting a bigger butt.
Fish Oil for Buttocks Growth
Fish oil is one of the richest sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in reducing inflammation in our body. Other Omega fatty acids in fish oil include Omega 5, 6, 7 and 9.
Omega 3 fatty acids are great for your eyes, brain and joints. In the same way, Omega 5 & 6 are great for your hair, skin, nails as well as in regulating your metabolism. Omega 7 & 9 are helpful in solving sinus problems, feminine dryness as well as reducing the heart strokes.
Unfortunately, none of these essential fatty acids can be produced by our human body and therefore we should get them through eating right foods such as fish, walnuts etc…
Note: The recommended dosage of Omega-3s per day is 500 mg i.e., two servings per week. So, if you take fish oil pills regularly, then you’d surely exceed the daily recommended limits, which may cause several health risks.
Now, since you’ve a basic understanding about these two ingredients, let us dig deep into the matter and find out whether they really contribute to a big booty or not.
Does Fish Oil & Vitamin E Pills Make Your Buttocks Grow Bigger?
The most common reason given by people is that while the fish oil is liquid fat, the Vitamin E, on the other hand, is fat soluble and when you mix these two ingredients, it would make a great butt enhancement solution.
It is assumed that the Vitamin E helps the butt absorb the fat easily and make your booty grow bigger. It also makes the buttocks firm and smooth.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way all the time. Simply, rubbing liquid fat on yourself doesn’t help with a bigger butt.
If this logic is true, why would anyone go for butt enlargement surgery or a boob job? They can simply apply the fat on the areas they wanted to grow and just sit tight! Can’t they?
The main reason why some people get a bigger butt when fish oil or vitamin E cream is applied on their buttocks region is because the Omega 3 fatty acids will be absorbed only by the skin instead of going through your digestive system. This phenomenon results in a slight increase in their bum size, but not noticeable.
There are many other reasons like buttocks exercise, diet etc… that may have contributed to the growth, which the people tend to ignore.
How to Actually Gain Weight in the Buttocks?
Generally, our body parts can be enlarged (get bigger) only when either muscle or fat is added to the body. So, in order to store fat in your butt, you’ll have to gain overall weight or pray that your genetics allows fat storage in specific body parts, like your glutes.
Unfortunately, only a few people are gifted with such genetics, which let them store more fat in particular places like hips, butt, cheeks etc…Since, not everyone has such advantage, it is unlikely that these fish oil and vitamin E alone helps in achieving your goal.
Since, a very less number of people have reported the actual growth, it doesn’t really make sense to use the fish oil pills or vitamin E pills just to increase your buttocks size. However, you can include the fish oil or Omega 3 supplements in your daily routine to improve your overall health.
Even if you apply the fish oil on your buttocks and take Vitamin E pills, you’ll actually see only a little growth of about 1 to 2 inches and not more. And, the major drawback of this method is that the results are not permanent and so in order to maintain the size you’ll need to apply it regularly.
Even those who see some results tend to stop using these supplements as they can’t bear the smell of the fish oil, which is very horrendous!
Instead, you can use the proven butt enhancement supplements like the Voluplus or Volufiline, which could stimulate the fat storage on your buttocks.
You can check out our list of the top booty enlargement creams that use effective ingredients like those mentioned above.
